‘Only 10 players in history’ World Cup and UCL win simultaneously, Julian Alvarez

A player who lifted the World Cup and the UEFA Champions League (UCL) championship cup (Big Year) in one season, which even Messi could not achieve, was born.

In the 2022-23 UCL final held at Ataturk Stadium in Turkey on the morning of the 11th, Rodri’s winning goal in the 23rd minute of the second half saw Manchester City beat Inter Milan 1-0, achieving the first UCL championship-treble in club history.

With this victory, Manchester City completed the ‘Treble’ by winning all the League, FA Cup and UCL. The EPL’s last treble team was Ferguson’s Manchester United (1998-99), which was with the ‘Miracle at Camp Nou’ 24 years ago.

Coach Pep Guardiola, who had collapsed miserably at Bayern Munich, succeeded in ‘proving his skills’, which had been raised since his Barcelona days, by giving the club its first championship ever.

And at this spot, the successor to ‘Shrine’ was born. Julian Alvarez (23), who helped Messi win the World Cup in his home country Argentina, and played a decisive role in the treble in Man City.

Although he waited in the replacement list on this day, Alvarez played a decisive role in the team’s victory by posting 3 goals and 2 assists in 10 games in the UCL.

A total of 10 players lifted the World Cup-UCL trophy in one year. The six are Jeff Meyer, Paul Breitner, Hans-Georg Schwarzenbeck, Franz Beckenbauer, Gerd Müller, and Uli Hoenes, who gave the honor to Munich-West Germany in 1974.

This is followed by Christian Carembe (Real-France) in 1998, Roberto Carlos (Real-Brazil) in 2002, and Rafael Varane (Real-France) in 2018.

It is, of course, the first record as Man City, and the first record in Argentina. It is a feat that even Messi could not achieve.

This magazine has attached the modifier ‘World’s No. 1’ since his time at River Plate, before his Manchester City transfer.메이저놀이터

In this January 2022 report, he ranked first in attack points among soccer players around the world as of December 31, 2021. With 18 goals and 7 assists, with 25 attack points, Lewandowski, as well as Royal Winion’s Denif Ondaz (currently Brighton), ranked at the top of the attack points.

Along with Julian Alvarez and Holland-Mbafe, who won the World Cup-UCL at the same time in just one year after joining Man City, they took a step closer to the competition for the ‘next celebration’.
