‘Transformation of a Painter’ Inji Jeon, from the 17th, an exhibition of paintings she drew herself

Jeon In-ji (28), who made a splendid comeback after winning the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, a major event on the LPGA tour this year, will hold an exhibition of paintings she has made in her spare time.

Jeon In-ji will hold a painting exhibition titled ‘Parrot Meets Dumbo: When Curiosity Becomes Art’ at Bon Gallery in Gwanhun-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul from the 17th to the 7th of next month.

‘Dumbo’, the baby elephant with big ears, the main character of the animation, is Jeon In-ji’s nickname and the name of her fan club.

On the 13th, the gallery announced on its homepage that Chun In-ji would make her official debut as an artist by holding an exhibition 토토 with her teacher Park Seon-mi, who is famous for ‘a painter who draws books and a parrot painter’.

Jeon Ji-geun, who met artist Park Seon-mi last year and learned her painting, presents various themes she has been thinking about through her collaborative works.

In a video posted on social media of the LPGA Tour ahead of the exhibition, Jeon In-ji explained, “Many golf players have hobbies to find balance in their lives. Hobbies relieve stress and help improve performance. To me, that’s painting.” did.
